This week’s Friday lunch wasn’t as adventurous as previous Friday lunches but I still made it a point to try something new from Rubio’s Baja Grill menu. I had one of their healthy salad choices which turned out to be super yummy with guacamole and roasted chipotle sauce which gave it an amazing flavor.
