Lazy Boy Bites


So after 3 months of waiting, our Lazy Boy sofas finally arrived! It only took 5 phone calls, one with the manager, and a little screaming. *Sigh* Yes, Lazy Boy is now on my “Companies who have the crappiest customer service” list. We’re pretty happy with the new sofas, but if we could do It all over again, we wouldn’t go with Lazy Boy.

But it isn’t fair to only point out those companies who have crappy customer service when there are so many that don’t. Today we came across EXCELLENT customer service at our local Pollo Loco. Dan, the guy who took our orders, was amazing! And after he realized he forgot to take off the $1 of our combo meal for bringing in a coupon he made it up by returning our coupon and giving us each an ice cream cone! How awesome is that?!
